Shipping/Delivery
We at Life Synergy, follow eco-friendly packaging and avoid unnecessary usage of plastic. Your orders are packed durably to prevent wear and tear or breakage in transit. We collaborate with reputed service providers to ensure that your products reach you in good time and in good condition. Tracking details will be provided to you once your orders are shipped. Depending on the courier service providers, tracking details may not be available in certain cases.
Shipping in India
We work with limited inventory, so orders may take 0-7 business days to be made. Any custom orders may take longer, a delivery date for the same will be provided via email.
All product prices include shipping charges. Life Synergy will not be responsible for any delays at the service provider’s end. For any order related queries, contact us as enquiry@lifesynergy.in
All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address and check thoroughly before submitting.
In case the delivery is not accepted in the first attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to be borne by the customer.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping anywhere in the world, apart from India, can cost anywhere between INR 1500 – INR 3000 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location.
Delivery can take up to 2 weeks from the dispatch date. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Life Synergy is not responsible for delays, customs or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government.
